Delete Your Account & Data

You can delete your Rowhni account and all associated data at any time. Here's how.

Delete your account in the app

1. Open the Rowhni app.
2. Go to the More tab and open Account Setup.
3. Make sure you are signed in (account deletion applies to signed-in accounts).
4. Tap Delete Account and confirm the two-step prompt.

This permanently deletes your Rowhni account and the data associated with it that is stored on our servers.

What gets deleted

When you delete your account, we remove the data linked to it from our systems (Firebase), including:

• Your account identifier and email address
• Content you chose to sync (e.g., preferences, progress and any community data)

Data stored only on your device (e.g., local settings) is removed when you uninstall the app. We retain no personal data after deletion, except where retention is required by law.

Deleted the app already, or can't sign in?

If you have uninstalled the app or cannot access your account, you can still request deletion. Contact us through our contact form and select the “Privacy / Data request” topic. We will process your request within 30 days as required by GDPR.

Note: Guest (not signed-in) usage stores data only on your device — there is no account to delete, and uninstalling the app removes that data.
